But they are still going into hospitals and being around other people and covid sick people, where as the others in the sample in theory are "sheltering in place" and "social distancing"

I’ve talked with many staff working the COVID units at my hospital and they say they feel safer on those units because they know what they are dealing with and are wearing the right PPE for every patient encounter.


Said they would rather work COVID floor and at least know they are positive and be protected than working the regular floors and find out a patient they had cared for ended up testing positive.


Also....most nurses I know are really careful outside work. Wearing masks inside stores, social distancing etc.

We are learning that COVID-19 spreads faster than HPV at ASU.

We are also learning that for 99% of the population it is basically the common cold or less.

Social distancing doesn't change anything.

They are wearing masks to lower their spread of the disease? Because even the Governor has now admitted that mask wearing prevents you from spreading the disease but has little effect on inhalation of the virus.
