The revenue collectors. Enforcing the safety of a two year "inspection" sticker that allows you to not get your car inspected for safety for two years. Clown show.

Seems weird to be doing this during a pandemic... considering people really need money & they should be social distancing--yet you force someone in their face. Very odd!
