I’ve said this many times on here, but LA has done a great job attracting industrial work. 154 billion between NOLA, BR, and Lake Charles is insane, and awesome news.

Great news overall for LA and terrible news for the OT.

Jazzland reopening has been in the works for a dozen years also. Got your season pass yet?

Don’t fall for anything Politicians and their propaganda outlets tell you until it truly actually happens is all I am pointing out.

Jazzland has never been rumored to be reopening. There’s been many groups who have looked at purchasing the property, but none as far as I know as a theme park.

Well considering I’m in the industrial field and currently part of the pre-con team for one of the projects “waiting to reach a final investment decision” that is waiting on FERC to then mobilize to field, yes, I know that a few of these are truly happening and could mobilize before the end of the year

For fricks sake. Just because someone floats an idea out to the media doesn’t mean it’s in the works. How dense are you?
Do you also believe a new high speed rail line between Nola and BR is happening too? That heat brought up every few months but there isn’t a chance in hell of it moving forward.

Louisiana always has big industrial projects and economic development "wins" yet we still continue to suck.
