The question is does requiring a muslim woman to show her face violate her rights as a member of a protected class? I feel it does not.
Family Dollar was well within their rights to refuse service to this individual

The average Family Dollar shopper does not give a damn about this incident what so ever. It's not often that I go into a dollar store, but I don't care either.
Besides that, she said she had never experienced racism like that before...So, move back to Texas. Thought we were supposed to be the racist ones in the south and completely the opposite in a place like Indiana.

Hell, I can't wear a cap, hat or sunglasses into my credit union to get my own money out. The big security guards/police there will beat you the "F" down if you try.
There are signs on both sets of doors entering the CU and they are very serious about that crap.
The weird thing to me is that it would not be easy to rob the place anyway. You don't see a teller except on a TV screen. They are upstairs somewhere. All transactions are handled in the tubes like at the drive through and you talk to them on a telephone handset.
It's okay with me though. I know my money and contents of my safe deposit box are more secure than being in your average bank.

Its Gary, Indiana.. Why does this surprise her? With that said, I can understand having an issue with someone covering their face. They could go into a store, steal shite, get caught on camera and would not be able to be ID'd because they are completely covered up.
