Is it any different than "No Shirt, No Shoes, No Service?"

What the frick kind of bank are you using? Even in the most urban ghetto in the U.S. they just use bullet proof glass. This sounds sketch as shite. You sure this isn't a mob owned betting parlor?
First Community Credit Union in Houston. You can see the video screens in the background in this picture. The people are doing their banking with tellers who may not even be at that location for all I know. They send cash in the tubes though so maybe they are there.
If someone goes in to rob the place they will either have to kill the guards or they will come out and be loaded directly into a hearse.
You can also see them in this commercial.

f Christians have to bake gay cakes, then Muslims have to remove anything concealing the face.
This is two different situations.
The only reason someone decides not to serve gay people is because they think being gay is a sin or just don't approve of their lifestyle.
In the case with the woman, it is a security issue. If people are allowed to dress as this woman was dressed then you open the door for someone who is not a Muslim to go in, dressed like the woman, but with intent to commit criminal acts.
People who do not serve gay people are just ignorant.

That logic always baffles me. Yes it is a free country. Businesses are, however, not government entities (yet) and are allowed to refuse service to any person for any reason. There may be economic consequences to this refusal but they are within their rights.
"All persons shall be entitled to the full and equal enjoyment of the goods, services, facilities, privileges, advantages, and accommodations of any place of public accommodation, as defined in this section, without discrimination on the ground of race, color, religion, or national origin."

Eh, it's a major aspect of their religion. It's disingenuous to reduce it to "she was looking for attention.".

I just meant women covering up in general. Some only cover their hair and bust with a hijab. I didn't realize this woman covered up completely with a niqab.
Not sure how I feel about it now.

If you consider the inability to wear a niqab denying religion and not a safety issue then no venue anywhere can require it's patrons to not wear masks.
You know you can't wear a
niqab in Disney World either right? What place is more PC than them?

Understood. FWIW, I think this particular woman is a white convert who was born and raised in Texas. I pretty much stand by my attention whore comment. It's not like she's a fresh off the boat woman from a country where this is prevalent.

It's okay with me though. I know my money and contents of my safe deposit box are more secure than being in your average bank.
Your safe deposit box, maybe, but your money is no more or less secure than any other bank.

Manager should have said "sure you can wear what you want, just not in this store"

If that's a man, screw his hijab I'm coming back with a right cross followed by a left hook.
