You can literally track the spread of crime in Tampa Bay by mapping the expansion of city bus lines. As they expand outward the crime expands with it.

That is what these evil fricks always do. Make sure their policies support a completely unsafe environment where criminals roam free, and if you make the "mistake" of being somewhere and "engaging" in with their violent foot soldiers, you "should have known better".

You get to that part after, and you are correct.

I read it was only a single shot to the head with a very small multi-tool gun, not multiple shots. manslaughter at worse, no chance a murder conviction.

A couple of years ago I was selling some car parts that I didn't need anymore. I agreed to meet a guy at the RaceTrac gas station across the street from my neighborhood, as I always did for Marketplace transactions. 10 minutes past our agreed time to meet and I'm about to leave. Homeboy calls me via Facebook Messenger audio call and claims that his car is "overheating" and that he wants me to meet him at some random spot off a road a couple of miles west. I sad "Not today, Satan" and hung up.
After that episode, I started more selectively profiling the people I will do transactions with. Haven't had a similar incident since.
