You set the rule BEFORE it becomes an issue so you don’t put the spotlight on a kid who likely has mental issues, you fricking moron.

So it's a sellout. Sacrifice the mental and physical work women have put into sports so that a tiny fraction of mentally ill can compete and feel better about themselves.

Tell us oh great one and all knowing Governor , how many “problems” need to cut before signing a law is acceptable. Do we need 5 girls injured taking a charge from a biological male during a basketball game? Do we need 3 softball players knocked out protecting home plate ? Do we need 10 cross country runner malled and trampled during a start because a couple of biological males shoved their way to the front. Let us know so we won’t worry you with these trivial concerns.
