Well, if i have 3 hours to prepare, I can go get all my money out of the bank, then go anywhere and wait till they get tired.

1. Liquidate my bank accounts into cash
2. Search Craigslist for a cheap beater car with a shady owner where I can pay cash only
3. Steal license plate from a nicer vehicle and place on beater - replace nicer vehicle license plate with my own personal license plate from my car - destroy beater license plate
4. Shave my beard
5. Pack lightly
6. Drive south on main highways until the 3 hour mark is met then backroads
7. Shady cash only hotels on the way to the border
8. Become Mexican drug cartel doctor
9. Profit

Withdraw as much money as I can, throw a few things in the truck and get gas, and turn off all devices and destroy them. I'd head south and hop in a boat.
