Ah, so bigotry to people of faith who believe in their faith. Gotcha.

Such incredible self delusion going on in this country.

frick Hollywood and their definition of "marriage".
A marriage is between a man and a woman, for reasons among to produce a family and raise children.

Two men, or two women, can love each other in whatever way you want to describe, but their "union" is not a "marriage" in the truest sense.
Government shouldn't really be in the marrying business in the first place.

If you meltdown over this, I can’t wait to see what you say when you find out god isn’t real

268948 Posts has given you the power of an all knowing being just to confirm that an all knowing God does not in fact exist.

Such hypocrisy. God doesn’t exist, religion is stupid. Homosexuality? You better be tolerant and accepting of the lifestyle or else

Interracial marriage and being gay have nothing in common. Stop pretending they do.

As a white guy this infuriates me…those trying to equate a choice, such as who one decides to have sex with, as opposed to an immutable birth trait such as race and the struggle blacks in particular have had over the years. There is no comparison.

Unfortunately, when you find out God is real, it will be too late.

It also suggests that you’ve had struggles with your own sexuality and that might be the cause of your bitterness and anger.

Beautiful. The person calling anyone who doesnt promote homosexuality in a fricking movie a bigot….is using homosexuality as an insult. Thank you for letting us all know that you are the real bigot. Amazing.

They’re the exact same thing. People are born whatever race they are, same as they’re born whatever sexuality they are. Pretty simple stuff.

You are absolutely full of shite. They are not the same in any way.

"To the members of the media responsible for using this opportunity to fan flames of conflict and hate, I have a simple message: I love you anyway. To those who hate what I value and who are attacking me online: I love you."

Bure went on to say, "To those who have tried to assassinate my character: I love you. To everyone reading this, of any race, creed, sexuality, or political party, including those who have tried to bully me with name-calling, I love you."

Sounds like a lot of tolerance, even through disagreement. And love. How do the radicals feel?
quote:

Bure's comments were called out by celebrities...Burton slammed Bure, Abbot and Great American Family as "disgusting" on Twitter.

"Now they're just openly admitting their bigotry...That guy and his network are disgusting. You too Candy

Unsurprising.

Being that people are a product of evolution, it stands to reason that gay people are a product of evolution. This is a simple concept.

What evolutionary advantage does being gay provide (spoiler alert: it doesnt)? And how would those traits be passed on (especially by a male)?

See how this argument starts to fall apart?

If anything, it's a genetic mutation, not evolution advancing that gene in some way. Take a species without any means of artificial insemination--if an entire population of squirrels was gay, it would eventually cease to exist. The genes aren't passed on.

It's an evolutionary disadvantage for a population.

If we're looking at it from an evolution standpoint, it's either a mistake (like being born with a missing limb, for example) or a method of limiting population growth as homosexuality is essentially an evolutionary dead end.

I just want to point out how fricking illogical this is
'born that way' has only been a thing for around 15-20 years. They did it so they could get special minority victim status. They can't do that if it's a choice.

I was going to point out the same thing, but I realized that the poster is too arrogant and ignorant to see this, just like the vast majority of Progressives.

Remember, he is smarter than you and better than you....because.
