Again, I said above.
Hold them to the same law & standards as we are held by. Stop with this military state and for-profit prisons. That would be a start.

I'm sure there was a time when state and municipal governments in Minnesota took pride in their communities. I'm sure that those people would never believe this sort of thing would ever happen there one day. Hell, even if you showed them a glimpse into the future they probably still wouldn't believe it.

akes sense to see people rioting. This country has ignored the calls for reduced violence from police officers. This country continues to ignore its racist history. People are tired and people are angry. It's time to demand change.
Country has addressed its history so many times and created programs to help those "victims" however it will never be enough for many because everything is always someone's else's fault. Too many people believe something is "owed" to them. Hell this countries history is probably better than many other countries as slavery and racism still exist in many countries, however, we've decided to focus on it for people not overcoming the obstacles in their life, while those other areas have moved on.

Again, I agree. That's one part of the equation. Now, how do we stop the crime? How do we get people to stop doing that? You can't get rid of one and still have the other. You have to have law and order or we end up with utter chaos.

Start by paying people fair wages and benefits. Lift them up economically. Federal minimum wage hasn’t increased in a decade. The upper 20% in this are better off while the bottom 40% are worse off. The more economic disparity you see, the more riots we’ll see.

Okay, not going to disagree with that but is that the only thing stopping people who want this change that is being asked for? I mean everyone wants to get paid but that can't be the sole motivation in this case.
If change is that important, money shouldn't be the factor that stops it from happening.
