Unfortunately, these riots will continue until things change. It's time for politicians to wake up and actually address these issues instead of ignoring them.

I'm glad you are okay with police killing whites. The rest of us aren't okay with it and want things changed.

It’s a suggestion and it wouldn’t hurt. People passionate about better police work joining the departments most certainly could address many of the issues

I’m concerned about the well being of the White & Black communities, both are personal to me. But I’m not going to quit my job and go try to fix their frick ups and shortcomings.

I’ve addressed this above. You’re not actually solving the issues at hand, which is holding police accountable for their actions.
Your suggestion to just go join the force, where you’ll more than likely just be another low level joe blow isn't going to magically solve the laundry list of issues within police forces across the country.

frick, how many times do I need to say it? 
Hold police accountable for their actions. Make them abide by the same laws and standards that citizens have to abide by. Change has to come from within not from random fricks joining the police force in hopes of changing it.

Police officers like the ones in Minny should be held accountable. That’s not gonna stop the problem you speak of. People get held accountable for crimes everyday but yet they still happen. You can hang them in public square (the cops) in spur of the moment, stressful situations, it will still continue to happen, if not hiring the right people. The question is, how do you hire the right people 100% of the time? Most cops are great, there’s gonna be some frick ups though
