Don't you mean bawss?

I learned early that if you want to chase money, it's not about your degree or position in the company (to a point obviously)
Our field personnel work insane hours, sometimes gone for 30 days not knowing when they'll be done. Sometimes a job lasts 5 months and they may come home a day or two every 3 weeks. Just a miserable life. Plus they have a specialized skill after ~5 years since very few are willing to do what they do, so they are in demand. Those guys make significantly more than me and probably any middle manager position. But screw that life. I'd rather work 20 years to get to 200k than live that life to start at 125 and get to 250-300k after 10 years. A baw dont care.

Well considering you don’t know the difference between >60k and <60k I maybhave found out why you’re struggling compared to baws

I could google it (likely to no avail), I just assumed the possessive plural of baw would be baws’.

No I mean instead of boss, bawss.

Ha! That’s how I’m going to refer to myself from now on at work.

If you're not making 6 figures by your late 20s, you need to reevaluate your life.

Apparently there are lots of available operator jobs that pay a lot for doing very little. Get one of those.

Here is the starter package needed
1. New Iberia Haircut
2. F250 with nuts and yeti stickers
3. McMansion you can’t really afford
4. Center console fishing boat
5. Son on a travel ball team with one of those white trashy names like Brayden
5. Win 3 fights at sonic

A real baw makes base hits everyday and a few home runs here and there. The key is base hits every day.

All of this except McMansions suck. Get an old school house built in the 60's instead

This is true. I would think to keep moving up in the plant life you’d need to have an appropriate degree in engineering to make the big bucks as an operator or manager.

Where can I find some boots, baw?
Depends, if you’re south of I-10 you’ll need white shrimp boots. North of I-10, you’ll need cowboy boots. Either way academy or cavenders has you covered son

Or, get your degree in business with a minor in accounting, as well as some computer science, and get a sales gig at IBM and pass up all the baws out there in five years, while moving up to national and international sales. Travel to Singapore, London, Paris, China, Hong Kong, New York and enjoy the perks of business dinners, corporate retreats in Bali and the Mediterranean. Your spouse will dig on your $400k-$1M income, too. So will your side pieces across the world.
Or.. you can live the baw life, working 100 hours for $150k. It's a good life either way, just different.

Yeah you make good money, but you get laid off a bunch. I have friends who have been laid off 3 or 4 times, and they’re not even 30.

Simply a comment on the system being a little backerdz, baw.
Not backwards, it’s just that the educational system sets most people up to take 40-60k a year jobs pushing papers around. The people willing to do the harder/dirtier stuff, or with actual skills can make much more than this.
