Line up your babysitters before they get booked up.

Probably A smart move.. Traffic is gonna suck Friday no matter if it snows or not.... Just the idea that it MAY happen will put every driver in panic mode..........

Our daycare closes at the first stiff breeze. Already told the wife to plan on working from home Friday.

It’s like dominos.

Heck! If someone were to create a fake Twitter account, and blasted a closure announcement , it’d probably fool all the schools and media outlets into calling it fact.

Central Alabama is forecasting up to 1/4" snow, with ground temps warm.

Guarantee that 75% of schools here will close.

Send people to work school in light snow/freeze, people in Louisiana already can't drive in the rain, what makes you think they can drive in the snow/freeze?

What usually happens in these types of things is there are two different types of driver that dominates the roadways:

1. the guy driving 100, tailgating the shite out of every car and changing lanes constantly
2. the guy driving 30 with his hazards on, timid and scared - leaving 4 car length gaps between him and the car in front of him

And because of those two extremes, #1 usually wrecks into #2. And then it's just rinse and repeat all day long.

St. Tammany will close but not until like 6:05 Friday morning after vehemently denying closure all of Thursday night.

Too late, I already called it yesterday. Doesn’t matter. They aren’t teaching the kids anything anyway. Just filling their heads with horseshite ideas and warping their minds.
The kids will be better off not being indoctrinated with their bullshite.
