We could clean the streets by locking up all these thugs with unregistered weapons. Make owning an unregistered gun a 30 year sentence and if the gun was used in a crim a life sentence.

Considering most gun violence is from minorities with hand guns. How is this going to play out?

Or do you have some sort of magical way to find out which “thugs” have unregistered guns and can prove it belongs to them? That's the fricking point! Stop and frisk and then lock these animals up for life.

You really do hate the constitution and individual freedom don’t you?

Not reading this shitbag's topic. Has anyone asked why he still "owns" guns? All he has to do for his part is turn them in to his local PD or Sheriff. Voila, more guns off the streets.

Look man, we go through this song and dance all the time now. It’s tie to just accept that dead, innocent civilians is just the price society has to pay for Cletus wanting to shoot his pew-pews on the weekend. They’ll point to all the other factors(and there are other factors) without offering a legitimate solution, but at the end of the day nothing is going to be done. So we just sit and wait for the next one hoping it’s not someone we know and love spilling their blood for someone else’s gun fetish.

This is a stupid argument. Am I really supposed to believe the Founding Fathers were infallible?

"Inalienable Rights"
The government didn't grant us the right to bear arms.
The 2nd amendment simply forbids the government from taking that right away.

Frangible ammunition does not have sealed primers and will only last three years. Forget guns and focus on ammunition. Make it’s shelf life very short and make it extremely expensive.

Yes

That doesn't mean anything

There is no agreed screen

It will be used to deny rights

frick off

We already see it with NICS and delays never resolved. Forget it if you are in a state that requires a pass.

No, you'll continue to want to ban a tool instead of addressing why this only happens today as opposed to the long history of having large amounts of firearms in this country, even after ever increasing gun control laws.

Why? Because you don't want to address the problem because you are controlled by your emotions instead of reason and rational thought.

So yes, frick off with your emotional bullshite. You don't fricking care about those kids. You only care about banning firearms because you don't like them.

Funny how you are never in the threads about all the inner city violence that is much, MUCH more prevalent in this country you hypocritical piece of shite.

Do you really think the people doing these shootings will be stopped by gun regulation? If you didn’t know drugs are illegal and that doesn’t stop people who want it from getting it.
