Illinois school bus driver arrested after video catches her drinking beer while driving

So did she blow over a .08 then? It's hard for me to believe she was endangering the lives of children if she wasn't legally intoxicated.

Sounds like my X wife who I found out was drinking beer on her way to work at 7 am

This is Illinois baw...we're reforming criminal justice by releasing repeat felony gun offenders and other criminals on their own recognizance or very low bonds.
Search "Kim Foxx" and you'll see what I mean (and no, she is NOT a stripper).
