I met Scott Fischer (we were friends with his sister in the Charlotte area) in 1995 shortly before his death on Everest. He was talented and confident... and died. Be EXTRA careful!

I know. I saw it obviously.

Summits start at the end of May. People started getting to Camp I a few weeks before... Not in january.

Sure is. The OP is just a bullshite artist. Winter ascents of Everest are few and far between and only the most highly skilled climbers make those attempts.
