Ireland, easily.
The climate suits me, I love the culture, and the people there are class. Nicest fricking people you'll ever meet. Plus they have some great chippers. Oh, and nothing beats a full Irish breakfast in the morning. Throw in the fact that The Heritage Foundation also ranks Ireland 5th in the world in terms of economic freedom. So, what I'm sayin' is "Up the RA!"
