Lmao I could only imagine what a guerrilla war would be like on US soil. 13k motherfrickers die in the U.S. a year from peace time gun violence. Imagine the amount of dead if an invader tried to take over. Considering how trigger happy Americans are there would be dead bodies on every corner. Imagine trying to take Chicago or Detroit, it would not be a pretty sight.

I'd like our chances here. Not to win necessarily but to stay alive and fighting. We know the mines and trails, stay in the high country and rain fire down in the valleys.

Bawcomville. Bring it bitch

No joke. Bawcomville and Cheniere Lake area would be a great place to hole up and make a stand. Some good ole baws with local knowledge and home field advantage would stand a chance.

The late 70's early 80's movie Southern Comfort was a lost NG unit that ended up fighting the locals in the basin. Give the locals some NVG and the odds are closer.

The Atchafalaya Basin could turn into a massive washout if the Old River Control structure gets taken out. At least for a little while.

Mountains and/or dense urban cities are always the best places to fight a war against a superior force.

Canopy jungle as well, but it's too soft against modern carpet bombings.

My earliest ancestor in the colonies fought under Marion. After the war, Marion petitioned Congress to award Captain William Causey land in Mississippi.

Does the enemy have surface drives? Cajun Navy would wipe them out.

@Ghost of Colby. that photo probably triggers tf out of the youtube gun nuts. Baw on the right got the chopper pointed right at the woman in the middle. Muzzle discipline and finger in the no no zone.

Texas! We have guns and will use them. And your neighbors and friends around you will have your back.

Any liberal shithole city would do. I mean we know their politicians are down for burning down businesses and cities anyway.

They would swing to which ever side is winning to stay in power and welcome their new overlords with open arms.

It has been awhile since seeing the original Red Dawn, but if I recall correctly the mayor and some business owners kept their positions while the children fought.

Also, in the ABC miniseries Amerika some politicians worked with the new Soviet leaders to restore order.

So never trust a politician if his lips are moving.

Yep. Thats how the mujahideen did it. Winning in guerrilla war means that you demoralize the superior force and make them want to leave

Hot as frick wide open country with little water and nothing preventing tanks from moving around? Yeah frick that.

This is a dumb question, you don’t pick it. You would fight where you currently live unless there’s a ‘front’ like red dawn and you went there.
