I could do hotdogs tonight I made taco shells. I could eat that forever. And…. It’s easy to make. Not as easy as hot dogs but easier than most meals.

Slow cooked fall apart roast rice-n-gravy with green beans and navy beans with fresh cucumbers and sliced homegrown tomatoes with a little salt. Then some homegrown cantaloupe lightly salted.
