Salt Lake City downtown is overrun by homeless bc the Mormons are so nice to them.

We had that issue for decades, but they moved the homeless shelter out of downtown and it is 100% better. If you have services, you'll have a growing homeless problem.

The happiest homeless people I have ever encountered were in Santa Monica. I guess I would choose there.

California. They pay you to be homeless.

New Orleans if I was musically talented, you can hustle all the drunk assholes with just bucket drums. If I was useless and homeless, definitely Austin, you can bath in the lakes and openly do your heroin.

Dude, it’s 100 degrees in new orleans during the summer and the sun is blinding coming off the concrete.

Some place warm, a place where the beer flows like wine, where beautiful women instinctively flock like the salmon of Capistrano. I’m talking about a little place called Aspen.

There is a lot of truth in that statement. The whole truth is there is an annual migration between Vegas and SLC. There is a group of homeless that spend summers here and winters in Vegas.

I'd go back to San Francisco. I know the city, it's liberal-- so lots of govt programs, Tourists -- so you can grift and make good money. The only thing that would suck is the rainy season. It gets chilly in certain parts of the city.

You can camp in some of the parks around San Francisco for very little.
