I would more strongly consider studying classics/archaeology and trying to spend my life digging in Italy and Greece.

shite, like three out of my ten best friends are CPAs, and now all of them are out of it at least directly. It’s a miserable, miserable job even if it pays well. Once they get enough money and an out to do something else even somewhat related and a pay within the 30% range difference of what they’re currently receiving, they take it.

I’d do military out of high school, then get college paid for, then get a fed gov job, then retire by 55 with two pensions and a fat thrift savings account.

Offshore supply boat captain. Could of been a captain by 26 and been captaining 300' vessels off the coast of Brazil racking in about 1500 a day. Stay over 6 months and no fed taxes
