Don’t think it matters,what does matter and is clear in the video is that he ran up to the guy holding the gun and tried to get it from him. That really is the only evidence that’s going to matter in the end. No matter how you try and spin it that’s the key point. End of discussion.

You’re right, it didn’t have to end like that. But, two crazy fricks gunned a man down in the street. That’s how it ended. They are 110% to blame.

It doesn't matter what this guy did before. If he is a burglar, on probation, whatever. He was chased down (admittedly) and shot (on video), this is murder.

I know two guys sitting in jail for killing a father and son in a gun store argument gone wrong...ultimately it was self defense, but since they showed up armed and pissed they will spend their life in jail. These white guys are going to jail.

Based on the way they were following him with guns, he very well would have died anyways.

You can’t be serious. The two men had no right to even be there. They are 100% in the wrong. They had no idea of the jogger’s intentions. None. They have no idea if he was the one breaking into homes. They had zero evidence. They are the reason people want to take our guns away.

Dad, the guy in the street, has terrible decision making skills...he should have shot as soon as the guy rounded the front of the truck (if his intention was to kill him), because he was about to get dealt.

You can't see what happened in front of the truck but it's not like they just let him cruise on by
