I see that they blocked off the road.... interesting..... was there a cliff off both sides of the road? Seems like I woulda cut across someone’s yard or into the woods to avoid people with guns drawn.

Because I believe in the rule of law, and the local DA looks like a corrupt moron.

No shots were fired until he went for the mans gun.

Nobody knows this. First shot happened in front of the truck, and everything was blocked from the video viewpoint.

For all we know, he didn't try to grab the gun until after the first shot.

I have entered countless unfinished houses that were not mine. Never meant any harm, I just liked looking at houses under construction. But if I was inside one and someone started yelling at me, I sure as hell would have hauled arse in my younger years.

You would have gone into someone else's yard immediately after the last time you did it which resulted in a couple hillbillies chasing you down with guns? Doesn't seem smart.

Yeah, no. It’s because the media threw some chum in the water and you decided to join the feeding frenzy.

no one, not even the McMichaels, is alleging that Arbery robbed anyone. Let's try and keep the hypotheticals rooted in reality.

Never said he did. I’m just pointing out the inaccuracy of his post

i wasn't specifically calling you out, I just saw where somewhere his trespass got conflated to robbery. Obviously two very different things. I don;t know who brought up robbery

BLM has driven some of you people to defend the indefensible.

Every action gets an opposite and equal reaction.

After Trayvon and the birth of BLM, they spent years lieing and pushing insanity. They created a swell of counter resistance because instead of using logic and rational thought they lied and pushed psychotic narratives instead of facts.

Now eveyone is acting surprised that a counter-balance to their insanity that is equally insane is pushing back at every story.

If you spend you're life running up to fires and stoking the flames as hard as you can don't be surprised when you get burnt and don't play innocent after.

American society is now pathetically defined by hyper-polorized insane fringe groups screaming at each other on social media platforms and being antagonized by trolls and publicized by the media. It's as fascinating as it is depressing to watch.

Say someone is breaking in your vehicle tonight and you walk outside with a pistol to stop him. When he charges you going after your pistol what are you going to do?

If you kill him are you a murderer?
Yes.

To avoid putting myself in the position to take a life and become a murderer, I will walk outside without a firearm and stop him because I'm not a pussy. If he has a weapon, I will avoid him, then observe and report his actions to trained professionals. If they fail to apprehend him, I will file a police report and contact my insurance company. Then I will replace the window out of pocket because I'd rather be out of $150 than thousands of dollars in legal fees. Now, would I be justified in killing them? Well, that's up to the judicial system to decide. I'd just as soon stay out of the judicial system because I enjoy the nice little life I have carved out for me and my family.

Also, you're analogy is terrible. These two knuckleheads in Georgia didn't witness a crime being committed. They made an assumption and being candy-assed racists, they drove around with shotguns with the intention of harm to someone else. That's why what they did was murder.
