I don't think wait staff will ever be 'unmasked'

How are people supposed to know my social views and feelings if I don’t wear a mask?

I had a friend that got it and still wore a mask....I asked him why....he said he was doing it in solidarity with the other mask wearers...

local news said the protection time was only 4-6 months? Doesn’t seem worth it unless we have enough vaccines and can pop everyone in the country pretty quickly.

My sister had COVID in early June. Prior to thanksgiving she had herself tested for antibodies again (elderly in-laws planning on coming to her house). 5 months after having covid, her antibody counts were "off the charts"

seems getting the virus is better protection... hoping so, as i had it in Mid-August

Here’s my thing... here in Mississippi, Dr. Dobbs, the state’s top health official, was the first to get it. Why in the hell should he or any of the administrator doctors be the first to get it? This should be going to ER nurses and doctors first!

If you include the nursing home patients, yes it is. For anyone under 50, the survival rate is 99.98%.

I'm pretty sure it is generally accepted that the IFR is less than 1%. So the survival rate is well over 99%. It isn't 99.9%, but it is way higher than 98.2%

Because it's unclear if the vaccine prevents someone from being a carrier and therefore contagious to others.

Not disagreeing with this but my primary care doc, who is married to a top researcher for a pharma company, said I no longer have to wear a mask because I already had the virus.

The "studies" on the efficacy of masks are a fricking joke.

There is ZERO evidence that vaccine immunity is short term. Anyone parroting this is spreading a lie.

You also can’t say it’ll last for years, but there’s no material degradation in antibodies for phase 3 participants

No point in taking this vaccine, either.
