Its a legit question. What if companies can be realistic? If someone only really works.. let's say 12 hours a week. Why make them stay at work just to frick off? Of course if you are paid by the hour you always try to find as much work as possible, but like I said, I am just looking at it from a "lets be realistic" POV.
