Butttttttt they don't have two kids. 
I always said I had x amount of kid(s) with another on the way and then switched it to the new total once I gave birth.
Ask them when they go to a restaurant and the waiter ask how many there are..do they say 4 or 3?

If someone ordered pizza for a party, didn’t have enough and ordered more, how many pizzas would that have before that second delivery?

No. If I have one cake, and I am waiting on a second cake in the oven, I only have one cake.
That's a literal counting of unhatched chickens deal. I have a good, finished cake that I'm eating on. I'm waiting on that second cake, but have no idea if it will be good or not. It could come out half-baked, with too much salt, it may not rise, or it could be burned black as night.....and I'd be demanding some explanations.

If they interact with the baby in the womb, then I don't have a problem with it.
I used to try and grab the baby's foot when it kicked.
Some people read. Some play music.
Some people try to eat healthy, avoid alcohol and tobacco, and take supplements (because they are eating for 2).
If you do none of those things and say you have 1 with one in the oven, then good for you too.
