On the other end of the spectrum being able to ride a motorcycle isn't a requirement to be a biker as well. LoL

I don't get the moto hate from watching that video? It looked like the guy was just doing his best to stay away from a car that could easily knock him off his bike and cause serious damage if not kill him.
As for the guy on the bike riding on the wrong side of the road, he obviously shouldn't have done that, but I feel like he was thinking that's the only way the car wasn't going to get him.
As others have stated both should have pulled over and handled it with fists, though this is the US so who knows if the driver has a gun on him. So I'm going to place majority of the blame on the guy in the car.

Insane. Must be on a Honda if he can't shake a car. And to lose someone you turn off on side streets - you don't ride on the wrong side of the road and keep going straight. 
I have fond memories of the day I ran from the cops at 100+ on my R6 as a 40-something year old dentist with a wife and 3 kids at home. Dumbest thing I've ever done. It was the last day I rode on the street. After reflecting on my stupidity, from that day on I just trailered my bike to the track and did track days for a couple years.
