if it was that easy to get in, he could have been in there before when the house was empty
the greek restaurant being where he saw two of them first makes sense too

Yeah, wouldn't be hard for him to get the layout of the house and who stayed in which room if he staked it out several times before.
Pair of binoculars and a bit of time would tell you that pretty quickly.
I agree that's very probable. But then why would he not plan the other details that got him caught better?
I feel like part of this crime was in the heat of passion. Maybe he was stalking them for awhile and really had no intents to harm them, then all of a sudden they really pissed him off and he lost it.
Driving around the neighborhood so much the night of the crime and the morning after? Just doesn't seem planned as much as emotional.

Just hope the prosecution has everything buttoned up so this psycho doesn’t get freed based on a mistake.
Then he can get "Plauche'd"

Did anyone confirm those weren't just fake accounts added after he was announced as a suspect? I never saw for sure either way.
I read a blurb from that tweet with the screenshot of his 3 accounts that one of them was in fact his account.

While it's all a crazy story what baffles me (aside from several things) is how this guy is so confident he will be exonerated. Especially after reading this affidavit. It was either 1000000% him or someone used his car, knife & cell phone
I don't think it's crazy, because he is crazy. Of course he is confident. I think the evidence against him is very good. And the stories about how he treated other women definitely don't help.

Is greek food normally Vegan? I don't know if this has been proven as where he saw them, as much as the two girls that were killed in their own bedroom both worked there and that was one of the few details that linked them?

Cause he was dumb, but thought he wasn't.
Like a rookie just out of college on the job force, thinks he knows everything.

He also drove down to Colorado in early December, not sure if there is an explanation for that.
Earlier in December than the 13th? The below record of being in Colorado was probably due to using Interstate 70 which passes by Loma.

Also, of casing the house back to August in Idaho chances are they had windows wide open at times and you can see whose room is which.

It’s not a vegan restaurant but has a vegan option

You read the affidavit? It stated his cell phone pings revealed he had staked the house out 12 times over a period of months.
That could be defended as circumstantial evidence. He was in a general area.

Is page 2 redacted? Or is that just a blank piece of paper? I know it picks up on what should be page "3" and calls it 2 but says redacted and is blank? Is that a full redacted page?

One of the girls worked at a vegan restaurant that he frequented, Probably followed her home
So he was willing to eat at a Greek restaurant that also had a vegan menu, but wouldn't eat from pots and pans his mom used to cook meat in???

There’s lots of circumstantial evidence in this case- as in many cases. The sheer amount of just what we know now will however be overwhelming and hard for a jury to overlook. Sometimes it’s the little things.

Off topic a little. I’m sure you’ve all seen, but I wanted to watch again because the stairs are in this video.
Afterwards, I thought it was good to see them all as humans/not just names, especially the 2 still alive.
Tic tok of the roomies impersonating one another
It’s the roommates pretending to be each other. The labels on screen are who they are pretending to be.
The real Dylan is the last girl pretending to be Xana wanting to have a party. “It’ll only be a few people i promise.”
Maddie is the tiny blond impersonating Bethany - “guys let’s just have a wine night!” Maddie is also first and impersonates Maddie saying Murphy, the dog, stinks and has been a bad boy.
Bethany is also a tiny blond. She impersonates Kaylee and says OMG I gotta go. i need to call Jake!
Xana is the only brunette and she impersonates Dylan saying she needs a ride to class she’s late.
They’re all blond and blondes all look alike to me. I think Kaylee impersonates Xana and says has anyone done their chores?! F it I’ll just do it!
So sad that this happened. They seemed like a good little group together. Maddie’s laugh and voice was so cute. Just kids.

No way this dude didn't leave that house and not pick up hair on his clothing from 1 or more of the 5 girls that lived there and transfer it to his car and apartment. I live with 1 girl and the amount of shedding she does makes me wonder how she isn't bald.

Thanks for posting that. I had not seen it.

It’s classic for these type of killers to think they will get away with it because they are complete narcissists/sociopaths and think they are smarter than the cops. Obviously they are not and eventually get caught but it’s a common trait.
Bundy- represented himself and thought he would be free up until his execution.
BTK- taunted cops all the time and got himself caught by asking them if a disk could be traced.
Zodiac- (never caught)- taunted cops for years.
Watch a show on Netflix called “Mindhunters”. It’s about the way the FBI profiling system came about. Very interesting show.
