I remember seeing ICE at the Super Bowl I went to in NOLA over a decade ago. They primarily worked the security at the entrance checking bags, etc.

Most seem to be sarcasm, but to clarify Puerto Rico is not a state nor in the official United States. It is a territory of the US whose citizens are US citizens thru US Code not the Constitution ( 8 U.S. Code § 1402 - Persons born in Puerto Rico on or after April 11, 1899).
It is also well past the time we fix this example of white colonialism and set it free to become an independent nation…
