Hey libtard…. No one cares about your bullshite sob story. Either he is here legally or not. You leftist are always so emotional, stop being such a pussy.

I know you take your soccer mom duties seriously but you have time to emotionally recover before the season starts.

If ICE is truly detaining entire groups solely because they look Hispanic, then yes, that is unconstitutional and should be stopped.

Except there’s one problem…this thing called the “Kavanaugh stops”.

ICE is allowed to be racist in their practice in snatching people up.

Something we fail to learn is that when you let a problem get out of hand the response is usually pretty authoritarian. If only there was a way to avoid that...

Ok, stop bombing Iran. I wouldn’t be against it and no temporary pain isn’t nearly as expensive as generations of poverty

that seem run roughshot of American ideals not to mention the constitution.

I must have missed the part about illegals’ rights in the Constitution. Due process is not the same for illegals as it is for citizens. Besides deportations are considered civil actions.

Most of the Dem’s imported aliens regardless of legal or illegal as well as many of Bush’s push to show we didn’t hate muslims after 9/11 have seemed to run roughshot of American ideals. Dem’s obstruction of the enforcement of federal law pertaining to what is constitutionally a federal domain is what running roughshot of American ideals and the Constitution looks like.

If someone entered the country illegally or stayed in the country illegally instead of returning to their countries they need to go back. Refugees only need to stay temporarily, and anyone allowed to stay for any length of time should damn sure be expected to adapt to us and not the other way around.

Committing crimes is just one of many violations that can make legal aliens deportable much less illegal ones whose very status makes them deportable, but we also know the Dems import and protect the ones who have or are committing crimes.
quote:

(B) Present in violation of law
Any alien who is present in the United States in violation of this chapter or any other law of the United States, or whose nonimmigrant visa (or other documentation authorizing admission into the United States as a nonimmigrant) has been revoked under section 1201(i) of this title, is deportable.

quote:

(D) Termination of conditional permanent residence
(i) In general
Any alien with permanent resident status on a conditional basis under section 1186a of this title (relating to conditional permanent resident status for certain alien spouses and sons and daughters) or under section 1186b of this title (relating to conditional permanent resident status for certain alien entrepreneurs, spouses, and children) who has had such status terminated under such respective section is deportable.

quote:

(i) In general
Any alien who (prior to the date of entry, at the time of any entry, or within 5 years of the date of any entry) knowingly has encouraged, induced, assisted, abetted, or aided any other alien to enter or to try to enter the United States in violation of law is deportable.

quote:

(C) Foreign policy
(i) In general
An alien whose presence or activities in the United States the Secretary of State has reasonable ground to believe would have potentially serious adverse foreign policy consequences for the United States is deportable.

quote:

(E) Participated in the commission of severe violations of religious freedom
Any alien described in section 1182(a)(2)(G) of this title is deportable.

(F) Recruitment or use of child soldiers
Any alien who has engaged in the recruitment or use of child soldiers in violation of section 2442 of title 18 is deportable.

(5) Public charge
Any alien who, within five years after the date of entry, has become a public charge from causes not affirmatively shown to have arisen since entry is deportable.

(6) Unlawful voters
(A) In general
Any alien who has voted in violation of any Federal, State, or local constitutional provision, statute, ordinance, or regulation is deportable.

There are others as well including not reporting address changes for some if the AG requests them.

You’re already jumping to conclusions without actually knowing what happened, so yes you do have your head up your arse. You and the rest of the mob are no different than the Facebook retards posting about Nolan Wells conspiracies. I’ll wait to see what happens like a sensible human….. pussy

Exactly. At least I’m going off of what our Republican Mayor is stating. And now what’s being reported in the news also. I just keep an open mind.

weak sauce.

No. “Kavanaugh stops” is an activist nickname, not a legal doctrine allowing ICE to “be racist.”

Kavanaugh explicitly said ethnicity alone cannot justify a stop. He later stated that officers must not make interior immigration stops or arrests based on race or ethnicity.

You read the activist nickname on Reddit, skipped the actual opinions, then announced that ICE can now racially “snatch people up.”

If he’s a legal resident, what’s an acceptable amount of time to detain a legal US resident with no proof of any crime?

Crimes aren’t the only reason legal aliens can be removed. He and his family appear to be legal aliens afforded temporary protections to stay and work in country while case decided, temporary status removed, or they commit one of many removable actions.

Another slightly possible issue is whether this was 100% solely part of an ERO operation or whether part of something else like HSI or had both involved. It is more likely to be all ERO, but ICE has officers who actually investigate crime including crime by citizens much less investigate crime by aliens. I only add this because the sources provided have been Facebook links which I have blocked on my currently in use device.

quote:

ICE operates mainly inside the United States (interior enforcement).

Enforces federal immigration law within the country.
Identifies, arrests, detains, and removes people subject to deportation.

Conducts investigations into cross-border crime, trafficking, financial violations, and document fraud.

Works with local police, sheriff offices, and federal task forces.

ICE has two main enforcement branches: HSI and ERO.

quote:

HSI: Homeland Security Investigations (Branch of ICE)

HSI is the criminal-investigations arm of ICE.

Investigates human trafficking, human smuggling, and transnational crime.

Targets narcotics, weapons trafficking, and gang networks.

Handles financial crimes, money laundering, and trade fraud.

Conducts cybercrime and child-exploitation investigations.

Often operates in plain clothes with tactical vests.
HSI focuses on criminal cases, not civil immigration violations.

ERO: Enforcement and Removal Operations (Branch of ICE)

ERO is ICE’s immigration-enforcement arm.

Locates and arrests undocumented individuals inside the U.S.

Manages ICE detention centers and private-contracted facilities.

Oversees custody, processing, transport, and deportations.

Executes removal flights and transfers.

Works with local police through programs like 287(g).

ERO is responsible for most street arrests, home raids, and detention operations.

He ran as an independent. He was a member of the Republican Party and his policies/actions/beliefs still align much more closely with moderate Republicans. No one here considers him anything but a Republican.

1) Tge ICE enforcement under Trump has been a shite show not because of the removal of undocumented/illegals, but because they reward a bunch of morons for arrests/detainments whether legitimate or not. They get paid by the detainment and so they have no problem arresting/detaining the wrong people, because they get paid either way. Same goes for the detention centers.

2) Trump is invalidating numerous asylum protections and programs and so they will use this as another reason to claim a person is not here legally.

In the end, this is their goal. Make even the legal immigrants scared and he’ll even citizens and they will make them just not even try or leave on their own.

Also convenient how they never stop white people for immigration confirmations.
