The Zurich is going to be an interesting case study for the new tour. It’s no longer a not for profit and the executives directive is going to be get returns for SSG and other stake holders.

BUT the Zurich seems to be one of the Tour’s most successful events at a local level. Growing attendance, record breaking fundraising, etc.

One thing is for sure, the event can’t keep going on as it is. As successful as it is locally, it’s horrendous as a television property.

This. OP is somewhat disingenuous because of the fact of where he is posting. Value is in the lot not the house.

I think that’s the point

Y’all call young people lazy and stupid, but we’re selling lots for $400k. What would you have them do?
Look on the bright side, you’ll get to rebuild it to the exact specs you want in a year or two when it floods.

They obviously will appeal but I’d bet anything it’s not overturned. NCAA is a complete joke

You’re absolutely right that the ncaa is a joke, but it’s actually not their fault this time. They’ve been ABUNDANTLY clear you can’t do this and will lead to a lifetime ban. This is a total joke by a judge who has no interest in actually upholding good law. He should legit be removed from the bench and lose his right to practice law.
I’m very pro NIL and think the players should be compensated for being a part of a billion dollar industry

But this is absolutely embarrassing and the judge should be disbarred. Complete lack of legal basis because he’s a fan of a football team. Truly a disgrace.
Thread title - “golf balls are all the same”

Thread body - 300 words on how golf balls are different
Last couple of weeks ive loaded up the sled with 100kg and pushed it for 400 meters. Last night it took me right around 17 minutes to complete. Great cardio

What’s your handicap and do you know how to behave at a country club?

I can get you on at Squire or Bayou Desiard

This is a meaningless statement that's condescending with the patronizing diminutive to top it off. Keep going, "champ".

I’m 32, make nearly $200k a year and have a homes worth of stock options, I’m all good.

But I can also recognize everything being expensive AF and more poor people makes me worse off.

Again, not that hard.

You are really struggling bubba

Why don't you lay it out for me instead of this vague statement of surety, then?

You were poor. There are still poor people.

You are conflating your being poor to today’s middle class, which is rapidly deteriorating and getting worse off. This is really not that hard.

Believe it or not, it’s easier to make an athletic high torque motion if you have the strength and flexibility to do so.

Most of the people I know that suck at golf and complain can’t rotate their pelvis 20 degrees. But they’ll buy every over priced training aid or shaft known to man instead of actually putting their body into a position to succeed.

I think it is always pretty good advice to just listen to your body. if it is telling you it is starving, probably a good idea to give it what it is asking for at that time.

This is how people do 30 minutes on an elliptical and then complain and ask why they’re 50 pounds overweight

Now do net assets.

Not sure what you think the difference is. A LOT of Boomers are like 10 years into a 30 year mortgage and don’t have enough to wealth to clear the lien on their home

This is shocking to me. These people have been paying into retirement for 50 years and bought a house for a soda and a pack of envelopes and this is all they have to show for it?

Disney World wasn’t built by itself
These guys set up their clubs for soft flat setups that the TOUR goes back to week after week. And they use really spinny balls.

You don’t hit your driver over 300 and your 7 iron under 170 from a speed perspective unless you are altering the spin and launch conditions of the iron.

TOUR courses are driver, wedge to pins on 1% slopes, they don’t need distance setups with their irons. Ams are the exact opposite, which is why clubs like P790 are so popular. Launch high and long letting the bad player hit a club with more loft and offset creating more forgiveness.
