There isn't a black person alive that likes watermelon more than me.

I resent that notion.

Could you imagine being the driver and hearing that all day long. I like that song but all day every day of that would have me in the loony bin...

Never knew the whole watermelon thing goes back that far. And I can't help but laugh because in black yet I can't stand watermelon.

How fricked up is it that I can't get that stupid song out of my head. "**** want a watermelon Hahahaha" I can't believe im racist against my own self

Don't worry, you by definition can not be racist.

Well hell. The writer is correct. Once you hear the racist version, it's damned near impossible to hear the ice cream truck melody and NOT hear the damned chorus.

I wonder if NPR and MSNBC have ever seen Stephen Foster's original lyrics to 'My Old Kentucky Home'?

A lot of the black stereotypes go back to the 1800s, if not farther.

Hell there are passages in the Bible referring to men in Africa having large penises

quote:

"There she lusted after her lovers, whose genitals were like those of donkeys and whose emission was like that of horses."

Referring to a prostitute remembering her youthful days in Egypt

Truck that comes around our house plays Turkey in the Straw. I hare hearing it because the tune gets stuck in my head.
