Not really sure why being white matters here. I've seen plenty of black C-f-A employees in any store I've been to here.

I have yet to been to a CFA that did not have great service. Rather it was full of high-schoolers, college students, or adults. Rather it was majority white, majority black, or everything im between. Rather it was located in the poor side of town, or the rich side of town, I have never ever had bad service at a CFA.
Also, for a company that supposedly hates gay people like CFA, I have been to multiple locations that had gay employees.

the secret formula is owners who give a damn
then the owners hire managers who give a damn
then the managers hire employees who give a damn and understand full well this isnt mcdonalds so if they dont put out the effort they will be fired with quickness.
and finally, very little culcha there, not because "racism" but because culcha is too frickin lazy to put in the work so they dont get hired or if they do they get fired with a quickness

As a society, it's sad that we are basically applauding a Fast food restaurant for DOING THEIR JOB. That's not a stab at CFA, but a reminder that we've reached a point where expectations are at an all time low.

I was going to say, check out the staff in almost any fast food joint in the Midwest, and it looks like a Chick-Fil-A in the South. And guess what, the service is on point. Whoever fantasized about getting Popeyes food with CFA service needs to visit Iowa or Nebraska sometime.
