Who would know, an organization ran with integrity and promoting honesty and self value could be successful in America in 2019.

Because they make so much money they can afford to not give a frick about labor. That's why you see 5 different faces talk to you before you leave the drive thru window.

You pay a premium for their processes. Thats how they can increase service.

It's because they are Christian and will always have GODS favor. They stand for what they believe in and aren't open on Sundays for rest. Awesome chain.

They do a MUCH better job controlling their food costs than other fast food restaurants (in part due to the fact that the don't try and sell a thousand different types of foods/options and in part due to the fact that they do a much better job of vetting owners who are present and know what they are doing) which allows them to spend more money on labor which in turn allows them to be much better staffed (both in quantity and quality) which in turn makes the customer experience much better (including getting your food super fast) which in turn drives up revenue and keeps the cycle going.

It'd be an even bigger feat if the food was good.

Liar. Chick-Fil-A employees, past and present, would never utter such garbage.

I would agree with this but there is a Wendy's here in Little Rock where this isn't a white employee to be found and they are amazingly fast. By the time you get done ordering the line in front is gone, pay at the first window, and the girl already has the bag hanging out the second window. I usually do something odd ball on my burger so it's not prepared sitting there already wrapped up.

When you’re dead serious but it still reads as a gaucho post

The key being competent employees. Popeyes isn't exactly rocket science either. Chic fi LA doesn't hire only those that can fog a mirror.

It’s funny Burger King seems to have adopted the total opposite business model and they are on the verge of bankruptcy.
Hmmm I guess customer service still means something.

Pretty much this. I was a business analyst for one of the big chains for 15 years.
One huge advantage is the simplified menu. They basically serve chicken patties, nuggets, strips and fries. Much easier to pump those items out compared to a McDonald's with so many more products.
2nd is employees. I don't believe they pay more (or at least not much more) than the competition. But the job at CFA is much more desirable. Easier operations and better hours than BK or McDs. Where would you rather work...the easier place with better hours or the harder place when pay is similar? Add to that they keep the store staffed well with not just numbers but the pick of the labor force.
Probably the biggest advantage they have is their franchisees only get 1 store. Sometimes a person gets a 2nd and very rarely a 3rd. So your owner is in the store every day managing things. McDs owners average over 7 franchises and BK/Taco Bell/others are owned by groups. No way to consistently keep control over the day to day. I would rather be a McD owner because there's a lot more money (7 stores are going to cash flow over $2M a year and closer to $2.5M on average). But the store experience for the customer is lesser.
At the end of the day CFA has more dedicated owners running easier locations than the competition with the best (or among the best) fast food workers in the industry.
They are currently a privately held company that answers only to themselves. If they were beholden to stockholders you would have a very different company quickly. There would be rapid expansion greater than they currently have. This would lead to either more owners or more likely more stores per owner.
As locations grow, average store sales will begin to decline at some point due to visits being spread out. Selling only chicken has a cap at some point. That's why McDonald's has such a broad menu. They have to fill 15,000 restaurants every day. And the stockholders demand growth. So McDs added nuggets and get some growth. Now you need more chicken products to grow over that. Then breakfast items, followed by salads and more line extensions each giving you smaller returns but growth over the prior year. Want to simplify the menu to make it a better run location? Okay, but you're risking 25% of your sales (which is an even higher percentage of the cash flow due to fixed costs).
If you like CFA then hope they continue to be a private corporation!

Rookie mistake there, you should have used the App and saved the 3 minute wait in line.
Also, you could have earned points towards free ChickFila items.
