I will always be amazed with how fast Chick-Fil-A is

Went to one just before noon. Parking lot packed. Drive thru line overflowing. Went inside line was long as frick but I got my order placed in like 3 mins and had my food like 2 mins later. I have no idea how they are able to do all of this while keeping the restaurant so clean and still staying friendly.

They have competent employees and for the most part only serve several variations of chicken. It's not exactly rocket science

We have four or five Chick-Fil-A's within a couple miles of us. A lot depends on workers and management. I'll wait 5-10 minutes for a meal at one and then 2-3 minutes at another, same time, same day of the week.
I also, believe it or not, have said thank you without getting a "my pleasure" in return.

3 people personally come to my car window when I'm in the drive-thru. 1 to take the order. 1 to give me the receipt. 1 to transfer the food from the drive-thru window to my hand.

skipping the seasoning is a great way to cut down on cook time
