I was taking a bong rip on the back porch...

And I had a sobering though. If I was taking a bong rip on my back porch.. and the police came to my house to arrest me for posting on Tigerdroppings.com that I was taking a bong rip on my back porch.
Would said police officers shoot me if I refused to put down the bong? I am 100% serious. What this be a justifiable homicide if I refused to put down the bong and they ordered me to at gunpoint?
The more likely action of course is that the police would beat the shite out of me, cuff me and take me to Oshner to put me on a mental hold. But the question becomes... WHY.
Why can't I smoke weed? Why do you make my action criminal? Legalize it, and I will vote for Trump. Otherwise.. I just won't vote. Again.

Okay I’ll bite, why would you refuse the officer’s orders if you’re doing something illegal and you’re caught red handed? Are you just trying to be an agitator? That wouldn’t justify deadly force, but maybe the threat of violence is justified in some way in that situation in order to get an unruly suspect to comply.

Why are they on my lawn in the first place? What right do they have? Oh yeah. Because marijuana is illegal.
