It's what every dad wants from his children.. sometimes hard to beat the original flavah though.
Legalize weed. We need the revenue, the reduction in operating expenses and a way to attract young people to stay.

What a fricking tattle tale count you are. I'm guessing you get an IRS refund every year for being a poor.

Aren't Catholics led by an army of boy loving servants of God in the literal sense? Let me know.. I'm not C A T H O L I C.
My fiancé is from Wuhan.
It is true.
China has a very large civil force. People stand at the exits of every apartment and office building with temperature scanners. If you have even a smidgen of fever you are quarantined. Contact tracing is very advanced. People wear masks as a rule.. no cap. If you are caught without a mask you will receive a vigorous slap from the monitors and sent back to your room. Overall individual rights are minimalized compared to the greater social good.
Truthfully the idea that Americans would ever be able to handle a pandemic as a group is laughable. We have too much personal freedoms to accept the lock downs as they did. Those guys got locked up for months.

2019 marked an 81.1 percent four-year graduation rate for the state — the highest rate in the last nine years, according to the Colorado Department of Education. Colorado's graduation rate has increased by 8.7 percentage points since 2010. Also Coloradian HS students averaged 5 points higher on the ACT.
Addiction / Rehap intakes are significantly down for teens (not suprising considering that the majority of people enter substance abuse programs due to either trying to minimize legal issues or through court mandated programs. No laws broken = no mandates to attend rehab). Suicide rates are down. Petty crime is down. Violent crime is down.
What are the arguments on the other side again? What is science here? It's ridiculous to have marijuana criminalized... the pros far exceed the cons to legalizing marijuana.
100% disagree.

If you think we ended up here because of Republicans alone than I don't know what to tell you. Why didn't Obama decriminalize it when Democrats had the white house and both houses?
Republicans are the current holdup in legalization efforts.. all over the map.

Legit question is if Republicans believe in freedom... why do they oppose legalization of marijuana? How does possession of a plant constitute a crim3? Its truly tyranny.. a War on drugs... depriving people of life liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Its disgusting and un-American.

Decriminalize. Don't legalize.
Why? What was the science behind making it illegal to begin with?

The most costly, inhumane and unjustifiable war in America was June 18, 1971. frick Nixon.

If 2/3 Americans want it legalized then it should be legalized. My sauces say 2022 is the year for federal legalization. I'm really hoping COVID kills off a select few politicians to speed the process up.
I'm expecting some wonky death counts rolling into the new year. Its going to be across all demographics but I think the old folks are going to be decimated based on yall are "through with COVID" and people being worn out by the quarantine lifestyle. Glad I don't work in Healthcare... gonna be some sad shite to witness in person. Definitely going to be life changing for a lot of folks. But feel free to Merica away.. enjoy the turkey. I'm having Hot Pot with the girl and a few friends this Thanksgiving. Hopefully my parents - 73 - stay safe. Good luck.

Good results for revenue on legal marijuana from Illinois... love to see this in the Boot. The silver bullet this state is too retarded and disconnected from its people to embrace. https://www.cnn.com/videos/us/2020/08/10/illinois-marijuana-sales-covid-pandemic-sandoval-pkg-newsroom-vpx.cnn

I know labor is cheaper there, but I would think electronics are not hand made. Robotics puts them together.[/img]
People are willing to do the work they agree to for the pay that they agree upon. Once a job is engaged it is fulfilled on schedule. American labor is not as reliable.

Got a few tickets and got let go multiple times.
Did these revenue generating tickets cause financial problems for you at any point? Like make you have to dip into savings or a credit card? Particularly nasty timing in the tickets for me. And like I mentioned in the insurance thread.. I've never filed a claim because I am a good driver.
Can't municipalities find a better method of revenue generation than tickets? If not. Defund. Easy fix.
