As mentioned earlier, you have to strike up a conversation with her like you have no interest in her. Purely platonic, like talking to a male stranger. Question: How many male strangers do you typically talk to? Answer: Since you are an introvert - little to none. Makes it much harder since you don't have practice.
Someone mentioned forcing a routine in seeing her often, don't do this. She will see through it and it will give her weird vibes.
The main no-no is making eye contact then darting your eyes away. If you do this, you are toast. Just sac up, take the L, and move on. If you make eye contact, you must speak. Main thing is getting practice talking to strangers, male or female.

Talk to them like they’re just anybody. Pay attention to what they say while also acting like you kinda really don’t care about them at all. Hot girls are used to undivided attention and people fawning over them, so, by you acting like they’re just not important makes them more insecure than they already are. They’ll start to wonder why you’re not giving them that attention and then start to try and make you give them that attention.
