He was addressing black culture, but his usage was with quotation marks unlike yours. It is still addressing a race and a broken culture to use lowercase “b” to write black as in black race, black culture, broken black culture, Cardi B is a sticky arse black bitch, and so on.
So why the forced capitalizing of black on your part?
