That isn't peoples regular job lol. The last city i lived in tbe people on the city council were lawyers and business people and all drove nice vehicles. It wasn't their $10k a year annual salary for being a councilman that afforded it

Definitely a toolish answer, but it wasn’t a “How dare you give me a ticket” answer.

Agree. Didn’t seem like a jerk (other than speeding off - but he was getting back into fast traffic also)
County Official isn’t a full time job, so could be a successful businessman. Hence the Ferrari isn’t unusual either, or at least no more unusual than anyone owning one.

I hate assholes like this guy. Guy was going 22 over the speed limit. The officer was as nice as could be. Accept the ticket and move along. I wish the officer would have thought he was reaching for something and shot him.
