I agree with seeing urologist.Several possible causes-enlarged prostate, side effect of BP medications, overactive bladder syndrome, diabetes, condition called diabetes insipidus,or possibly just a small bladder. If thats the cause you can increas the size of your bladder by holding off for increasing amounts of time.

Exactly. I pee less because my huge penis can hold it for longer.

I never had the issue that the OP has, but have chronic groin pain from a previous surgery and was prescribed this and a muscle relaxer for relief. After starting it I feel like I only have to pee maybe twice a day now... very convenient side effect.

You’re fine. Do you exercise? Drink 1.5-2 gallons of water daily? There’s your answer

Anxiety is a very common cause for this. Mentally you are focusing on the fact that you have to pee, even if you can hold it in longer, your mind is telling you to go now, or something else may happen (long line etc...) Very common among people with ADHD as well.

I’m in the exact same boat OP. Started noticing when I was about 14. Never talked to a doctor that was concerned so never had any treatment.

Don’t have any advice but certainly understand being worried about timing the head every time I go out in public.

Once I break the seal while drinking beer, I might as well just drink at the urinal.
Also after 1/2 gallon of coffee, or a Smoothie.
