it can get pretty chilly up toward the summit

That is a lengthy commute.
I’m telling you, some day I am just going to uproot and move where the weather is tolerable and where I can stay busy and enjoy a nice quality of life.

A Shane works in the oilfield/plant and drives a jacked up truck. Probably has multiple tattoos and spends most of his spare time at Reds.

Is around river ranch pretty much the only place to live then? Broussard and youngsville are too far.

You started out in Prairieville and have lived in it seems 10 different places in the past 3 years.
Why don’t you quit being a journeyman and find a stable job, you deadbeat
Posted on 4/7/19 at 8:49 am to tgrbaitn08
I've actually only had 2 jobs since I left prairieville....transferred once in my current job....pay is not what it should be for new york so eventually will have to get out

I miss my family down there and crawfish. Other than that I miss Louisiana like someone with herpes misses a flare up!

Follow the river for the good neighborhoods. Fernwood, Settlement, River Ranch, East Bayou, West Bayou, Bendel, Girard Park

Louisiana is a borderline third world shithole. It's not for everybody, that's for sure. But if you're receptive to its charms there's something there that kind of makes you fall in love with it.

What's the furthest north I can go before I get to the hood?

third world
got to be the most misused term on this board, know one here seems to know what it refers to/means

I wouldn’t live north of Johnston except in saint street area
But I also wouldn’t live south of Kaliste saloom
