I messed up....

I went shrimping Tuesday evening, got home late and got up yesterday am and cleaned all of my gear, and headed and cleaned my catch. Headed into work for a few hours yesterday afternoon. My dumb arse forgot the shrimp heads in my garage. Woke up this am to a rancid smell coming from my garage. As soon as that pungent aroma hit me I knew what I had done. What does the OT do to get rid of leaky rotten shrimp juice?

Spray down your garage then scrub it with some bleach water.

Should probably set your house on fire just to be sure.

Clean it up with bleach and keep the door open for a while.

Buy a couple of bags of cheap grounded coffee.
Open them and spread the grounds across a table, close the door and leave it for about a day or two.

In every outlet. So you get clean shrimp head linen scent. Posted on 7/17/19 at 7:51 am to shallowminded
once the flies get a whiff of it which, they probably already have. they are tough to get rid of. cleant up good with soap and/or bleach then treat with vinegar. Flies hate vinegar.

Saop and water scrub, vinegar scrub, citrus juice on top to cover the vinegar smell. You're welcome

A guy I worked with a long time ago went through a nasty divorce and she got the house. He was obviously upset about having to move out. His slice of vengeance was hiding shrimp throughout the house. Supposedly she had to move out and have professional cleaning crew come in but they couldnt find them all. He put shrimp in curtain rods that were not found until they were changed out when getting house prepped to sell months later.

My uncle owns a shrimp dock. Spread a shite ton of salt over it, light mist of water, deck brush it to a paste, squirt some dawn on it, little water, scrub it, rinse it off with the hose pipe. Back to normal in as soon as it dries.
