It is the 333rd day of 2021. Thus far I have run 3,107.44 miles.
By month:
January- 282.06
February- 262.28
March- 291.40
April- 276.15
May- 276.61
June- 282.12
July- 290.44
August- 310.15
September- 272.40
October- 280.16
November- 283.67
I do take a rest every 10-12 days or so but otherwise it's 10 miles a day. No breaks, no compromises, no sick days.
What do your race times look like?
Do you do any specialized training? Threshold runs, intervals, etc?

Hope you are saving up for the knee and hip replacements down the line.

There is little convincing evidence that runners have higher rates of knee replacement

Can you run away?

How can you even see out of your rear view mirror with all of the magnets required?

Nice. I peaked at about 2,800 miles several years back. I'm at about 2,650 right now but probably won't run much in December, since I'm coming off of a 100 mile race.

Yeah, it's horrible for your body.
Sitting around all day in an obese state with metabolic dysfunction is a much healthier lifestyle.

That’s impressive. The fatties here will tear you down but keep up the good work. I’m only doing 10 miles a week but I lift more than running

Shoe recommendations?
Posted on 11/29/21 at 4:03 pm to ClientNumber9
I absolutely hate running, but genuinely enjoy strength training. I don't even mind linguine legs after a heavy leg day.
My wife will go for a run without complaining at all, but becomes a freaking baby whenever she has to lift a weight.

You are gonna need a new knees pretty soon.

I sort of enjoy running but like playing sports & lifting weights much more. I’ve also convinced myself that too much running is bad for sports performance.

How many pairs of shoes have you gone through? Do you use an aftermarket insole?
Posted on 11/29/21 at 4:19 pm to ClientNumber9
You ran all that distance, and your still where you started. pretty dumb if you ask me. Kinda like wearing a mask in a car alone.

Very subtle, "I am not a fat arse, slob" brag
