Today I got counter service and paid with a card. The POS had options for a tip, but rather than dollar it was percents starting at 18.5%.
Which is fine for table service, actually the minimum expected. Though to me it seemed high for counter service without table delivery.
I know some places add 10% for to go, which is fine.
I don't mind tipping.

If it was anyone but Wayne, I'd throw out the whole "plenty of rich people probably frequent parts of the world where tipping a bartender for a few drinks would be silly if you are sitting at the bar."
