Good news is, looks like you stumbled upon the Shroud of Turin.

Find the cleaning subreddit and post this there. They will help. You might have to sand the table and re-varnish it haha.

Paige. WHAT THE frick!
You will need to refinish it. I've seen that happen from hot dishes on tables. Same thing.
Not too hard or expensive. Google a good tutorial on refinishing tables/wooden furniture.

Probably don't have to sand it though. That's the good news.

I don't think rubbing anything on it is going to fix it.

Mayonnaise can help get rid of it.
Not kidding

She is like 45 minutes away. You know how I feel about driving.

I guess the saying of "you can't turn a ho into a housewife" really is true.

Are you going to start a thread about hiding a black eye if you don't fix this before he comes home?
Posted on 5/15/15 at 11:08 am to mikelbr
I knew that would get a rise out of you.

I clicked thinking this was a euphemism for something else.

Get some lacquer retarder and blush control Spray it on. Wait. Wait. Wait. Wait some more. Keep waiting. Go do something else. Come back. If it isn't dry, go away again.
If still not OK, rub some denatured alcohol on it. Should take care of it.
