however, the ink in these pens dries so quick it hasn't been an issue

I keep a couple boxes of USGI Skilcraft around at all times.

Pentel is trash

1) Pilot Juice
2) Uni Ball Signo 151

Both in blue black of course

For bulk order pens, I find it hard to beat the Staples brand Sonix Gel pens.
