Well it is kinda immature to use “gay” as an pejorative adjective in the office these days. Shouldn’t be called “sexual harassment” under most circumstances though. 
Commenting on appearances is getting trickier depending on the setting. If you are in an airport, you shouldn’t compliment your friend’s luggage by saying, “Your bag is the bomb!”
