I have been sexually harrassed

Doing sexual harrassment training online and it informs me that comments such as "that tie is pretty gay" is sexually harrassing and unacceptable in the work place. I've been on the receiving end of comments of this very nature in the past. What are my options ?
I will neither confirm nor deny that I have also harrassed others under this definition of harrassment

Consider seeking out people who pervasively call you gay during your normal work day. Have your gay work-friend record the interactions from afar.
