You're lucky to have this realization before anything bad happens.
Not everyone gets the opportunity to voluntarily "grow up" and change course.
I can speak from experience, being a "cheap date" nowadays is amazing because I like more expensive stuff.

Seriously, you gotta figure out whether you have a problem on your own. But if you can drink that much without a buzz, and you are under about 400 pounds, then I'd say you have cause for concern.

I enjoy drinking and watching TV/movie or working on something. I'm not a big social drinker. I don't go places and put myself at getting plastered in public or at risk. If I do go out, I drink moderately light.
